My little family and I flew in from Sacramento CA to visit my mom grandma & other family members in Jacksonville NC & i wanted to stay in between family & Wilmington airport & have to say tiffanys motel was best stay for a whole week. Easy access to the beach laundry on the 3rd floor we really enjoyed our stay. The girls in the office was really sweet also. Definitely staying again when we come back to north carolina
Awesome room with mini kitchen and all you need. There was a porch, good view, great pools, quick walk to the beach. The staff was friendly. Our new go to spot at topsail.
We love this hotel. Normally extremely quiet but last stay had a few problems with our upstairs neighbors being noisy. We left a day early and without even asking the refunded us for that day. Not many motels I know of would do that. I definitely will stay there again. Great motel,great owners
A convenient and reasonable place to stay, close to restaurants, bars, entertainment, pier and easy walk to beach. The kitchens could be more stocked, we’ve had to bring a few pans and spatulas of our own. The dishes that did exist , some of them looked like they were not washed. The marquee could use some updating and signage. The outdoor showers need to be repaired, only one was working when we were there. Two of the elevators were broken. One of the outdoor porch lamp plastic cover was off on our particular unit. A few times , no one was at the office. However, it is a fairly clean place, convenient and reasonable prices. The staff is very nice and even though there may not be people in the office much, they do respond to you. Last week the Internet was down because of the storm and they let us stay a few hours past checkout time when we asked. That was very kind of them. The rooms are clean and decorated real nice and the beds are very very comfortable. It is an older place, and it needs some upgrading like said above, but we will be coming back here and also I have recommended this place to my friends. There are not enough hotel/motel places in Topsail/Surf City stay so it is appreciated that this place exists :-)
We have been coming to Tiffanys for years. We love it here! The suites are always clean and spacious. It's quiet here and the beach is only a block up. You can see the ocean from the front door. We have made so many memories here and will continue to bring our family here. 10 out of 10.

The rooms are old, but clean. They do a good job trying to keep them modernized. The TVs are small, the AC unit looked old, and was very LOUD, but it cooled fine. Tiffany's best attribute is its proximity to the beach just 1 street over. Upon arrival confusion of where to check in was so evident someone had to show me where to pick up my room key (a mail box) The communication was almost non existent with the hotel as I tried to get someone to help check me in, or allow a slightly earlier check in time. I'm sure much of this is just pre-season get ready stuff with minimal staffing. Would I stay again. Yes I would.
